No, he's teaching him how to use a player that uses a flash drive and speaks titles to him to choose from. This patron keeps us SO busy because he needs several new audio books every few days. Now he will have many, many more to choose from. Bill is sort of his personal librarian. In the past Bill would leave stacks of audio books behind the reference desk for us to give him. Now we will have a new system of flash drives to keep straight - new ones and used ones.
Is Bill helping him find a book in Braille? If so, that is a wonderful service and Bill looks like a kindly librarian that would enjoy helping.
